    Medical monitors

I'm considering getting something like an Apple Watch, a Fitbit, or a Halo band to monitor my well-being and to help me improve my overall health. If you have one of these devices, has it actually helped?

There are many different types of Fitbits on the market today. I've used the Fitbit Charge, which did a good job of counting my steps, but I'm not sure that it motivated me to make lifestyle changes. I used it a lot at first, but then it started feeling like a novelty device. I'm currently using an Apple Watch. I think it accurately measures how much sleep I'm getting a night, and I like that it measures my blood oxygen level. It's pretty handy. Unfortunately, the watches are more expensive than other wearables.

As much as I like what the Apple Watch can do, the face is just too big for my wrist. It looks weird when I try to wear it and it feels uncomfortable. I like the Fitbit that you clip to your shoe better. It can't do as much, but it's enough for me.
